Definedge, a fintech and brokerage startup based in Pune, India, has raised Rs 22 crore in a pre-Series A funding round. This latest investment brings the company's total capital raised to Rs 30 crore as it focuses on scaling its wealth-tech ecosystem.

The funding round saw participation from existing backers Nitin Agarwal and D Prasad, alongside new investors Anant Jain and Sachin Kasera.
Definedge Use of Funds
The company plans to use the new capital to strengthen its technical infrastructure and improve low-latency execution. Funds will also be utilized to scale its trading products Zone and Opstra, expand the Algostra no-code retail algorithmic trading platform, and evolve Momentify into a broader wealth creation platform. Additionally, the startup aims to grow its Gurukul learning platform and increase operational capacity.
