DEFCON AI, a McLean, VA-based company specializing in next-generation modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) tools for modern military environments, has raised $44 million in seed funding round. 

Investors 

The financing was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with contributions from Fifth Growth Fund, Red Cell Partners, and other investors.

As part of this investment, Christopher Wan of Bessemer Venture Partners will join DEFCON AI’s Board of Directors, alongside Dr. Ray O. Johnson, former CTO of Lockheed Martin and Bessemer Operating Partner.
