The round was led by the AI-focused fund Resonance, with participation from Headline (Mistral AI), Serena Capital (Dataiku), and Balderton. 

Resonance is a €50 million venture capital fund that invests in Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A stages of European technology firms. The fund has backed companies across various sectors, including SaaS, AI, fintech, consumer, marketplace, and deeptech. It supports founders with key hires, fundraising advice, and strategic positioning. 

DeepIP Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the funding to expand operations in the U.S. and Europe, enhance its AI capabilities, and transition its AI assistant into a more autonomous agent to further support patent practitioners.
