Dash0, a New York-based agentic observability platform built natively on OpenTelemetry, has raised $110 million in Series B funding at a $1 billion valuation.

The round was led by Balderton Capital, with participation from DTCP Growth, Accel, Cherry Ventures, DIG Ventures, July Fund, and T.Capital, bringing Dash0’s total funding to $155 million.
Balderton Capital is a London-based venture capital firm that backs European technology startups. Founded in 2000, it manages approximately $7 billion in assets and invests across all stages, from seed to growth. The firm operates both early-stage and growth funds and invests across the technology sector, with a strong track record in AI, fintech, B2B SaaS, digital health, mobility, gaming, and marketplaces.
As part of the deal, Rana Yared, Partner at Balderton Capital, will join Dash0’s board.
Dash0 Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to advance four key priorities: enhancing the Agent0, its platform of specialized AI agents that transform raw observability data into autonomous action, and expanding its ecosystem of AI agents, enabling customers to build and deploy their own custom agents, scaling go-to-market efforts with a strong focus on U.S. expansion, and pursuing strategic acquisitions in areas such as LLM observability, AI-driven SRE, and AI security
