Cymulate, a Dallas, Texas-based market leader in Extended Security Posture Management (XSPM), announced a $70 million Series D funding round, bringing Cymulate’s total amount raised to $141 million.
The round was led by existing investor One Peak and joined by Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), Vertex Ventures Israel, Vertex Growth, and Dell Technologies Capital.
The Series D funding will be used to expand Cymulate's technological capabilities and accelerate its global expansion. Cymulate intends to increase its workforce by 75% by the end of the year to support its go-to-market efforts.
