Cursor Secures $2.3B Series D at $29.3B Valuation

Cursor, a San Francisco, CA–based AI development platform, has raised $2.3 billion in Series D funding, bringing the company’s post-money valuation to $29.3 billion. 

Investors 

The round included continued support from Thrive, a16z, Accel, and DST, with new participation from Coatue, NVIDIA, and Google. 

Cursor Use of Funds 

The capital will support technical research, product development, frontier model training, and team expansion across its U.S. offices.
