Cureskin, a Bengaluru, India-based AI-driven dermatology platform, has secured $20 million in Series B funding, bringing its total raised to over $26 million.

The round was led by HealthQuad, with participation from existing investors such as JSW Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Sharrp Ventures also participated in the round.  

HealthQuad is a healthcare-focused venture capital fund investing in early-stage healthcare companies in India.  

Cureskin Use of Funds

The company will use the funds to enhance AI capabilities, expand offerings, scale up operations, and accelerate growth.

Founded in 2017, Cureskin provides personalized skin and hair care solutions through its AI-driven app. It allows users to take a photo and automatically get it analyzed to identify skin issues such as pimples, acne, dark spots, scars, and pigmentation on the face. Users receive guidance and follow-ups from dermatologists via the platform. Cureskin's AI analyzes over 10 million skin pixels to detect conditions using more than 2,000 facial attributes.
