Cube Raises $30 Million in Series B

Cube, an NYC-based spreadsheet-native financial planning, and analysis (FP&A) platform raised $30 million in Series B funding. the round, which brings the total amount raised to date to $45 million.

The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from existing investors Mayfield Fund, Bonfire Ventures, and Operator Collective, along with new strategic investor GTMfund. Battery Ventures General Partner, Michael Brown, will join Cube’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to invest in hiring and driving go-to-market plans, and accelerate the product development of its spreadsheet-native platform.
