CRMBonus Raises $75 Million in Series B

CRMBonus, a São Paulo, Brazil-based company that provides a marketing automation platform, raised $75 million in Series B funding. 


The round was led by BOND, with participation from Valor Capital, SoftBank, Riverwood, and Igah Ventures. 

BOND is a global technology investment firm that supports visionary founders throughout their entire life cycle of innovation and growth.  

CRMBonus Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to grow the team, acquire new customers, and enhance its new products, Vale Bônus and CRM Ads.

Founded in 2018, CRMBonus provides a B2B AI-powered platform that helps companies attract, retain, and engage with customers through a variety of solutions like giftback, which enables companies to offer rewards to their customers after a purchase. Its new products are Vale Bônus and CRM Ads. With Vale Bônus, customers can pay part of a purchase with tokens, while CRM Ads enable companies to provide customers with tailored ads from collaborating companies.
