Crimson, a London, UK-based litigation AI startup, has announced an oversubscribed $2.5 million seed round.

The round was led by Y Combinator, with participation from Symphony Ventures, Twenty Two Ventures, ACQ Ventures, Amino Capital, Eight Capital, Scale Asia Ventures, Progressive Ventures, and a group of partners and arbitrators at various international law firms.
Crimson Use of Funds
The company plans to use the capital to support its continued growth and to establish a new operational presence in New York to better serve its US-based clients.
