Cozero, a Berlin, Germany-based climate tech software company, has raised €6.5 million in a Series A funding round.
Investors
The investment was led by Kvanted Ventures and ENV (EnBW New Ventures), with participation from NewAlpha Asset Management, as well as prominent business angels and advisors from logistics, manufacturing, and SaaS industries.
Notable figures among the investors include Henrik Larsen, former CPO of Maersk, Gero Decker, Co-founder of Signavio, and existing Business Angels such as Torben Schreiter, Co-founder of Signavio, and André Christ, Founder of LeanIX.
Kvanted Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Helsinki, Finland. The firm seeks to invest in robotics, AI and autonomous systems, connectivity, data processing and sensing technology, circularity, and biomaterials sectors across Northern Europe.
Founded in 2015, EnBW New Ventures is the Venture Capital arm of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg based in Karlsruhe, Germany. The firm focuses on European firms that drive smart infrastructure solutions. It focuses on late seed, series A, and series B investments.
Cozero Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to accelerate its international expansion and advance its Climate ERP solution, an emission management software.
