Cortea Raises €12M Seed Round

Cortea, a Berlin-based startup developing AI-powered audit quality solutions, has raised €12 million in Seed funding to help audit firms improve audit quality, increase capacity, and confidently adopt AI across audit workflows. 

Investors 

The Seed round was led by Dawn Capital, with participation from Cherry Ventures, Mosaic Ventures, and angel investor Larry Bradley, former Global Head of Audit at KPMG. 

Cortea Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to develop additional Audit Quality Agents, deepen integrations with leading audit platforms, and expand operations across the UK, Germany, and the United States.
