Compyl Secures $12 Million in Series A

Compyl, a New York-based unified governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform, has secured $12 million in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Venture Guides, with participation from Contour Venture Partners, Armory Square Ventures, NVP Capital, Alpine Meridian Ventures, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, and Zelkova Ventures. 

Venture Guides is a venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, specializing in early-stage investments in infrastructure software, cloud technologies, security, AI, and data-driven enterprises. 

Compyl Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to accelerate go-to-market initiatives, expand key teams, and enhance the platform’s AI-supported GRC innovations.
