Investors
The funding round was backed by Turkish investor Islam Yildiz and Ozay Law Firm, an Istanbul-based legal practice led by founding partner Merter Ozay. Ozay Law Firm acts as both a financial investor and the company's strategic legal partner in the region.
Compuvi Use of Funds
The seed financing will be utilized to support three primary initiatives: continued investment in AI engineering, the development of go-to-market capabilities across the United States and the European Union, and the acquisition of enterprise-grade security and compliance certifications.
