Complir Raises €1.7 Million in Funding

Complir, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup providing AI-powered compliance solutions, has raised €1.7 million in pre-Seed funding.

Investors 

The round was led by Vendep Capital, with participation from Likeminded, Plug and Play, Xpress, JHJ Seed Capital, and business angels including Kraen Østergaard Nielsen, Per Thau, and Neil S. W. Murray. 

Vendep Capital is a specialized venture capital firm based in Helsinki, Finland, dedicated to investing in early-stage B2B SaaS companies across the Nordic and Baltic regions. They focus on funding startups from pre-seed to Series A rounds, with a strong emphasis on AI-first business models. 

Complir Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to accelerate product development, expand category coverage, strengthen system integrations, and support entry into additional EU markets.
