ColmeIA, a Brazil-based startup specializing in automation and conversational solutions, has raised a $3.4 million follow-on investment, bringing its valuation to $94 million.

The round was led by Crescera Capital, marking the firm’s second investment in ColmeIA since March 2024. 

Crescera Capital is a leading independent asset management firm in Brazil, specializing in private equity and venture capital, managing approximately R$6 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on providing growth capital and active strategic partnerships to high-growth, mid-sized Brazilian companies, particularly in sectors such as Education, Technology, and Services.

The investment will support its accelerated expansion, including a new headquarters in 2025, and continued scaling of its AI-driven automation and conversational solutions.
