Code Metal, a Boston, MA–based company specializing in verifiable code translation for mission-critical industries, has secured $125 million in Series B funding at a $1.25 billion valuation.

The round was led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Accel, B Capital, Smith Point Capital, J2 Ventures, Shield Capital, Overmatch, and RTX, among others.
