Cloverleaf Raises $7.3 Million in Series A Extension

Cloverleaf, a Cincinnati, OH-based automated coaching technology company based, has secured $7.3 million in Series A extension funding.  


The round was led by Advantage Capital, with participation from Conductive Ventures, Origin Ventures, ScOp Venture Capital, JobsOhio, Cintrifuse Capital, and 1809 Capital.  

Advantage Capital, founded in 1992, is a private equity investment firm headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri. The firm focuses on making equity and debt investments in companies across the United States involved in various aspects of the food and agribusiness value chain. Additionally, Advantage Capital provides small business and other government-guaranteed loans and financing to solar developers.  

Cloverleaf Use of Funds  

The company plans to utilize the funds to expand its core automated coaching solution into additional areas of professional development for all members within an enterprise.
