CloudForge, a New York-based AI-powered sales and procurement platform for the metals supply chain, has emerged from stealth and secured $3.95 million in funding.

The round included Zero Infinity Partners, Resolute Ventures, and Bienville Capital. 

Zero Infinity Partners (ZIP) is a New York–based venture capital firm specializing in the infra-tech category. It backs founders and companies deploying innovative technologies across global infrastructure sectors, including energy, power, mobility, logistics, data, water, and waste. 

Resolute Ventures, based in San Francisco, focuses on Pre-Seed and Seed-stage investments, backing founders who share an entrepreneurial spirit and energy. 

Bienville Capital is an idea-centric platform investing across sectors and geographies in both public and private markets. Founded in 2008, Bienville invests from the seed stage through IPO.
