Clio, a Burnaby, Canada-based legal AI technology company, has raised US$500 million in Series G funding at a US$5 billion valuation.
Investors
The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from TCV, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Sixth Street Growth, and JMI Equity. Clio also secured a US$350 million debt facility from Blackstone and Blue Owl Capital.
