Clausematch, a London-based Regtech, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, announced that it closed $10.8 million, bringing Clausematch's total funding to $20 million.

The round was led by Lytical Ventures and joined by Flashpoint and Sony Innovation Fund.

Clausematch's new fund will be used to increase the company’s commercial activities in the US and invest in its product, technology, and data science teams.
