Classplus, a Noida, India-based B2B edtech startup that provides mobile-first software for coaching institutes, tuition centers, and private tutors raised $70 million in Series D funding now valued at $570 million.
The round was co-led by Alpha Wave Global and Tiger Global, with participation from Abu Dhabi-based Chimera Ventures and RTP Global.
Classplus plans to deploy the fresh funds to go deeper into smaller Indian cities and towns and broaden its product offerings to further enrich teachers' and creators’ needs. Classplus is also expanding to some international markets including Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
