Chamelio, a New York-based software startup providing an AI-native platform for in-house legal teams, has raised $26 million in a Series A funding round. The company specializes in replacing legacy contract lifecycle management systems with autonomous AI agents capable of drafting, negotiating, and managing legal workflows.
Investors
The funding round was led by Entrée Capital. Additional participants in the round included existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures, as well as Bright Pixel Capital.
Chamelio Use of Funds
Chamelio plans to use the new capital to further develop its proprietary legal action model, expand its legal engineering and product teams, and invest in its onboarding technology to facilitate customer transitions from legacy systems.
