Casual Secures £15 Million in Series A

Casual, a London-based financial modeling software startup, secured £15 million in Series A funding rounding led by Coatue and Accel.

The funding round also included high-profile angel investors, including Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman, FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, Notion COO Akshay Kothari and Brex CRO Sam Blond.

Casual will use the funding to expand the team from 12 staff members up to 50 by the end of the year. Across all departments, including sales, product, engineering, customer success, and marketing.
