Campfire Raises $65 Million in Series B

Campfire, a San Francisco CA-based AI-driven ERP platform for modern finance teams, has raised $65 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to over $100 million. 

Investors 

The round was co-led by Accel and Ribbit, with continued participation from Foundation Capital, Y Combinator, and several angel investors from leading finance and tech firms. 

Accel is a global venture capital firm investing in early- and growth-stage technology companies. The firm focuses on the technology, consumer products, SaaS, fintech, and healthcare sectors. With offices in Silicon Valley, London, and Bengaluru, Accel provides capital, strategic guidance, and a vast network to help companies scale globally. 

Ribbit Capital is an investment firm based in Palo Alto, California. The firm focuses on investing in companies that are disrupting the financial services industry, with an emphasis on fintech. For over a decade, Ribbit has partnered with founders challenging the status quo and building transformative companies across six continents. 

Campfire Use of Funds 

The company will use the new funding to expand globally, accelerate AI development, and scale its ERP platform to meet increasing demand from finance teams transitioning from legacy systems like SAP and Oracle.
