SYN Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in disruptive, transformational solutions that reduce technology risk. Founded in 2021 and based in West Palm Beach, Florida, the firm prefers to invest in global cybersecurity companies. 

Alongside the funding, the company unveils key appointments, including former Uber CSO Joe Sullivan as Senior Advisor, former SAP CSO, and SYN Ventures Partner Tim McKnight to the Board of Directors, and former RSA CEO and SYN Ventures Managing Partner Art Coviello as Board Observer.
