The round was led by Macquarie Group’s Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) business and Blackfinch Ventures, with participation from existing investor Failup Ventures.
Macquarie Group’s CGM division is a global trading and markets business providing clients with access, financing, and risk management solutions across commodities, currencies, interest rates, credit, and derivatives. CGM serves corporate, institutional, and financial clients worldwide, offering integrated market access, capital solutions, and supply chain execution.
Blackfinch Ventures is the UK-based venture capital arm of the Blackfinch Group, investing in early- and growth-stage technology companies with high growth potential. The firm focuses on ambitious founders and tech-enabled businesses spanning deeptech, fintech, energy transition, and other innovative sectors.
Bracket Use of Funds
The funds will support product development, international expansion, including new offices in Europe and Australia, and doubling Bracket’s employee headcount over the next 12 months.
