Bower Raises $2M Pre-seed

Gold Coast-based AI startup Bower has secured $2 million in pre-Seed funding to develop its wearable AI operating system designed for scientific research. The company aims to bridge the gap between laboratory experiments and digital documentation by capturing researcher activity in real-time.

The round was led by TEN13, with participation from Admiralty Capital Group, Edale Capital, and angel investors Yu Liu, Dean Kelly, Harry Uffindell, Emma Ferrier, and Bernhard Hans Weigl.

Bower Use of Funds

Bower plans to use the new capital to continue developing its AI platform and to establish partnerships for the production of PPE-certified wearables over the next six months. Following this development phase, the company intends to ramp up its product expansion.
