The round was led by Framework Venture Partners, with participation from Deloitte Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, Inovia Capital, and Decibel Partners.
Framework Venture Partners is a Canadian technology-focused venture capital firm founded in 2018 and based in Toronto and Vancouver, with offices also in Montréal and Austin, Texas. The firm invests in Canadian B2B SaaS and AI-powered platforms at the late-seed to Series A/B stages.
As part of this round, Framework partner and CTO Jim Texier will join Botpress’ board as a director.
Botpress Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to accelerate product development, expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, enhance customer support capabilities, establish a European office and data center, and introduce new voice capabilities.
