BeatGig, a New York-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for live entertainment, has secured strategic investment.  

Investors  

The funding round was led by former HSBC COO John Hinshaw and former Goldman Sachs CMO Peter D. Kiernan III, bringing BeatGig’s total capital raised to over $5 million. 

Hinshaw and Kiernan will also join BeatGig's Board of Directors.

The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product development and expand its executive team.
