Authenticx, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based conversational intelligence company that uses artificial intelligence to help healthcare organizations understand their customers, raised $20 million in Series B funding.
The round was led by Blue Heron Capital, with participation from Beringea, Indiana Next Level Fund/50 South Capital Advisors, High Alpha, Mutual Capital Partners, Signal Peak Ventures, Allos Ventures, Elevate Ventures, and M25.
Authenticx plans to use this capital infusion to further increase customer-centricity in healthcare by innovating in machine learning and product engineering, fueling sales and marketing efforts, and continuing to expand the business
This new funding will be used to fuel sales and marketing efforts. It also plans to expand the team, such as machine learning engineers to automate listening for the use cases that the company’s clients care about.
