Audioshake Closes $2 Million in Seed Round

Audioshake’s on-demand AI-driven platform deconstructs songs into their parts (“stems”) so that they can be monetized for new uses in re-mixes, samples, sync licensing, and more, closed a $2 million seed funding round.

The round was led by Silicon Valley VC firm Precursor Ventures, with participation from Wndrco, Cruch Ventures, Hilary Rosen (ex-Chairman and CEO of RIAA), Suzy Ryoo (President, Q&A), Babatunde Balogun (CEO, LVRN), Gwen Bethel Riley (SVP, Music at Peloton), Grammy-winning songwriter/producers Gregg Wattenberg and Billy Mann, artists Brent Faiyaz and Rodney Jerkins, Jayne Andrews, and Ty Baisden.
