Angle Health Raises $600M at $2.7B Valuation

Angle Health, based in San Francisco, an AI-native healthcare benefits platform, has announced a $600 million equity financing round, consisting of a $200 million Series C and a $400 million tender offer, reaching a $2.7 billion valuation.

The round was led by Vitruvian Partners, a global growth-focused investment firm. Additional participating investors include new investor Town Hall Ventures and existing investors Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital, and Y Combinator.
