Ambition, a Nashville, Tennessee – based leader in sales coaching and gamification, secured $15.5m in a Series B funding round led by Primus Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations, its development efforts, and its business reach.

The Series B funding follows the recruitment of 26 new employees in 2021 and integration with Microsoft Teams. The company has employees in 13 states, with a significant headcount in Chattanooga (HQ), Nashville, and Atlanta.
