Altura Raises €8 Million in Series A

Altura, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based AI-driven bid management platform, has raised €8 million in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from Fortino Capital, Curiosity VC, and P1ST investors Perry Oostdam and Pawel Smoczyk. 

Octopus Ventures is a European venture capital firm based in London with global reach through offices in New York, Shanghai, and Singapore. It focuses on early-stage investments from pre-seed to Series B across health tech, fintech, B2B software, climate tech, and consumer. 

Altura Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to scale operations, introduce advanced agentic AI capabilities, and expand into the UK market with a new London office.
