AirMDR, a Menlo Park, CA-based AI-native Managed Detection and Response (MDR) company, has raised an additional $10.5 million, bringing its total seed funding to $15.5 million.

The round was led by Race Capital, with continued participation from Foundation Capital and Storm Ventures. 

Race Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2019. The firm focuses on infrastructure-oriented enterprise investments—including data infrastructure, privacy & security, developer tools, and cloud/fintech infrastructure—and spans both Web2 and Web3 sectors. It is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with additional offices in San Francisco, New Taipei City (Taiwan), and Wanchai (Hong Kong). 

AirMDR Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to develop its AI Analyst technology further and to scale its sales and marketing efforts, enhancing its ability to serve SMBs and enterprises with next-generation MDR solutions.
