Adaptyv Raises €34.35M Series A
Lausanne-based Adaptyv, a biotech startup building an automated wet lab for AI-driven protein design, has secured €34.35 million in Series A funding. The company, which specializes in bridging the gap between digital protein design and physical validation, plans to use the new capital to scale its lab operations and expand its research capabilities.
Investors
The round was led by Highland Europe, with participation from existing investors Ace Ventures, ByFounders, and Y Combinator.
Adaptyv Use of Funds
The company plans to use the funding for horizontal expansion of lab capacity, including opening a new facility in London and expanding its Lausanne base. It also intends to move vertically into harder biology problems, including developability and full biophysical characterization, and next-generation modalities such as peptides, ADCs, and degraders.
