Actnova Secures $3 Million in Pre-Series A

Actnova, a Daejon, South Korea-based AI SaaS solution developer known for the 'Actverse' animal behavior testing platform, has secured KRW 3.3 billion ($3M) in pre-series A funding.

The round was led by Hana Ventures, with participation from A Ventures and Fast Ventures.  

Founded in 2018, Hana Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Hana Financial Group based in Seoul, South Korea. The firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies operating in consumer products, consumer services, financial services, healthcare, information technology, and life sciences sectors.  

Actnova Use of Funds  

The company will use the funding to support global expansion, product launches, and collaborations with research institutes and pharmaceutical companies.
