Acorn Raises $12.3 Million in Series A

Acorn, an Australia-based AI-powered performance and learning management platform, has raised $12.3 million USD in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Level Equity, with participation from other undisclosed investors. 

Level Equity is a lower middle market private investment firm focused on providing capital to rapidly growing software and technology-enabled businesses. Level provides long-term capital across various transaction types in support of continued growth. The firm has raised over $4.5 billion in committed capital and has made over 125 investments since its inception. 

Acorn Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to drive geographic expansion, accelerate product development, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
