The round was led by CommerzVentures, with participation from existing investors Capnamic, EnBW New Ventures, xdeck, and WEPA Ventures, bringing Sunhat's total to €14.2 million.
Founded in 2014, CommerzVentures is a specialist fintech investor with €550 million under management. The firm backs early- and growth-stage companies in the fintech, insurtech, and climate fintech sectors. Sunhat Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to support its rapid growth, double its team, expand integrations, and extend its Proof AI platform to validate compliance across 100+ global standards and certifications.
