Sign3 Raises $1.5 Million in Funding

Sign3, a Gurugram, India-based AI-native fraud intelligence and risk management platform, has raised $1.5 million in funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Cedar Hill Capital, with participation from Smile Group and backing from notable founders, including Rajesh Sawhney, Dinesh Agarwal, Anup Agarwal, and Vinay Bagri. 

Cedar Hill Capital is a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in enterprise technology, particularly fintech and financial services software. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, the firm backs startups building AI-driven and SaaS solutions for banks, insurers, and other financial institutions. Cedar Hill Capital typically invests at the seed to early-growth stages. 

Sign3 Use of Funds 

The funding will be used to strengthen product capabilities, enhance AI models, expand go-to-market initiatives, and scale engineering and analytics teams.
