Ridley, a Newark, Delaware-based AI-powered real estate platform helping homeowners sell their homes without traditional commission fees, has raised $6.4 million in Seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Fifth Wall, with participation from 1984 Ventures, 1Sharpe Ventures, Moxxie Ventures, Aglae Ventures, Park Rangers Capital, and angel investors, including executives from Stripe and Google. 

Fifth Wall is the largest venture capital firm focused on technology for the built environment. It backs nearly 160 companies and is supported by more than 110 major real estate owner-operators across over 20 countries. The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles and New York, with additional offices in London and San Francisco. 

Ridley Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to launch its buy-side experience, enhance AI capabilities for home sellers, and expand its suite of commission-free tools through Ridley Preferred Agents.
