RevenueCat Secures $12 Million in Series C

RevenueCat, a San Francisco, CA-based subscription management platform for in-app purchases, has secured a $12 million Series C funding.  

The investment comes as the company expands its offerings to the web, introducing RevenueCat Billing to integrate subscription purchases into websites.

The round was led by Adjacent, with participation from investors like Y Combinator and Index Ventures, bringing RevenueCat's total funding to over $68 million.  

Founded in 2019, Adjacent is a venture capital firm based in New York. The firm invests in startups across North America.  

RevenueCat Use of Funds  

The company plans to utilize the funding to fuel product expansion and market expansion in regions like Japan and South Korea.
