Replit, a Foster City, CA-based agentic AI software creation platform, has raised $250 million in Series C funding, valuing the company at $3 billion.

The round was led by Prysm Capital, with participation from Amex Ventures, Google’s AI Futures Fund, YC, Craft, a16z, Coatue, Paul Graham, and others. 

Prysm Capital is a growth equity firm that provides capital to companies in the technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Founded in 2019, the firm focuses on partnering with founders and management teams to build disruptive and “generational” companies. Prysm Capital has offices in Princeton, New Jersey, and San Francisco, California.
