The round was led by Charles Schwab, a financial services firm offering brokerage, banking, wealth management, and asset management services. Headquartered in Westlake, Texas, its services include stock and options trading, ETFs, mutual funds, checking and savings accounts, mortgages, financial planning, retirement solutions, and investment advisory.

The company will use the funds to expand its presence in the U.S. market, enhance its equity management platform, and support partnerships through Schwab’s new private issuer service.
