Prezent, a Los Altos, CA–based AI presentation platform for enterprises, has raised $30 million in funding at a $400 million valuation.

The round was led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with participation from existing investors Emergent Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Alumni Ventures, bringing Prezent’s total funding to $74 million.
Multiplier Capital is a U.S.-based growth debt investment firm that provides flexible loans to backed companies in the tech, software, digital media, and healthcare sectors. The firm manages over $1 billion and has invested more than $1.8 billion across 180+ transactions.
Greycroft is a venture capital firm that invests in early- to growth-stage companies. The firm manages over $3 billion in capital and has invested in more than 400 companies since its founding in 2006. Headquartered in New York, NY, with additional offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Menlo Park, CA, the firm invests at various stages of a company’s lifecycle, from seed to pre-IPO rounds.
Nomura Strategic Ventures (NSV) is the venture debt and growth financing arm of Nomura Group, created to provide non-dilutive capital to high-growth startups and emerging companies. NSV focuses on early- to mid-stage companies seeking growth capital through debt rather than equity dilution.
Prezent Use of Funds
The company will use the capital primarily for acquisitions to expand its product offerings and strengthen its position in enterprise business communications.
Prezent has already used part of the funding to acquire Prezentium, a presentation services firm in the life sciences sector.
