PolyAI Raises $50 Million in Series C

PolyAI, a London, UK-based AI startup that builds and deploys voice assistants for automating customer services, has raised $50 million in Series C funding.


Backed by new investors such as Hedosophia, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), and Zendesk, alongside continued support from existing investors including Khosla Ventures, Georgian, Point72 Ventures, Sands Capital, and Passion Capital. The funding brings PolyAI's total raised to $120 million.  

PolyAI Use of Funds  

The company will use the funds to further advance its voice, AI-driven automation in enterprise contact centers.
