PLAINER Raises ¥400 Million in Series A

PLAINER, a Tokyo, Japan-based software enablement company, has raised approximately ¥400 million in a Series A round, bringing its total funding to around ¥570 million. 

Investors 

The round was led by Angel Bridge, with participation from LTS, ALL STAR SAAS FUND, CyberAgent Capital, Mizuho Capital, and MIRAISE. 

Angel Bridge Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based venture capital firm established in 2015, specializing in early-stage investments in Japan's technology sector. With approximately $110 million in assets under management, Angel Bridge focuses on startups from seed to Series A stages, particularly those in deep tech, IT services, and university-launched ventures. 

PLAINER Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to strengthen hiring and organizational capabilities, expand its existing software demo platform, and develop new products to enhance the software purchasing and usage experience.
