P6 Technologies, an Austin, Texas-based provider of product life cycle assessment software, secured $3.25 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Goose Capital and supported by Tupper Lake Partners, Veritec Ventures, and Artemis Energy Partners.
The funds will be used to accelerate the development and go to market of its revolutionary Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) enterprise software platform.
With the funding, Paal Kibsgaard, Managing Partner at Veritec Ventures and former Chairman and CEO of Schlumberger, has joined the P6 Technologies Board of Directors.
The company provides enterprise software for transportation fuel and petrochemical companies to perform Product Life Cycle Assessments that measure product-level carbon intensity and GHG emissions.
P6's Life Cycle Assessment Software allows a company to measure, track and report the carbon intensity and GHG emissions for a company's products, allowing them to achieve measurable results where it will have the largest impact.
