Kustomer, a New York-based conversational CRM platform, aims to disrupt the way companies and customers communicate across modern messaging channels. announced that it raised $60 million in new funding.
The round was co-led by previous investors Battery and Redpoint, with participation from Boldstart as it spins out of parent company Meta.
With the newly secured funding, Kustomer plans to grow its team and focus on combining new AI technology with its customer data platform, offering even faster and more accurate automated support to its customers and helping agents work more efficiently within the ever-evolving AI landscape.
